Global Ecotherapy Resets
Join intimate resets designed to rejuvenate
your mind, body, and spirit
Why we call them Resets—not retreats.
A "retreat" suggests walking away from your life, only to step right back into the same heavy routines when it's over. We call these Resets because they are about recalibrating, not escaping. Here, you’ll find the spaciousness and real-world tools to shift your perspective, so you can return home ready to meet your everyday life with a grounded, steady, and entirely new outlook.
The kind of healing only nature can offer
Human Nature Ecotherapy retreats, or Resets, are women-only gatherings designed to help you step away from daily demands and reconnect deeply with yourself and the natural world. Each Reset offers an immersive ecotherapy experience, combining guided nature-based sessions with supportive group activities, nourishing meals, and time for rest and reflection.
Resets range from weekend getaways to five-day immersions in stunning natural settings, from mountains and forests to coastal landscapes. Every location is chosen for its sense of peace, beauty, and accessibility, with options at a variety of price points to make the experience open to all.
Whether you’re seeking grounding, clarity, or renewal, these retreats (Resets!) offer the space and support to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home to yourself.
Where women gather to heal through the wisdom of nature
Step away from the noise and remember what it feels like to be fully present.
These Resets are for women who feel the constant pull of responsibilities, screens, and schedules, those who give so much to others but rarely have time to truly care for themselves. If you’ve been craving a deeper pause, this is your invitation.
Through immersive ecotherapy, you’ll begin to retrain your body and mind to slow down, regulate, and find balance again. You’ll explore simple, repeatable tools and nature-based practices that help you meet stress, change, and everyday life with steadiness and clarity.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, transition, or simply longing for space to reconnect, these retreats offer the time, guidance, and natural environment to support genuine growth and healing, the kind that lasts long after you return home.

Retreat FAQ
What is a typical retreat, or Reset, like?
A Human Nature Ecotherapy retreat is designed to feel spacious, deeply restorative, and profoundly human—never rushed or over-scheduled. Each day follows a natural, intentional rhythm of guided nature therapy immersions, quiet reflection, and supportive group connection, allowing you to slow down, disconnect from daily pressures, and fully arrive in your surroundings.
Mornings often begin with gentle somatic movement or an outdoor mindfulness practice, followed by immersive nature experiences that encourage deep grounding, sensory awareness, and presence. Afternoons offer spacious time for rest, journaling, or solo integration, while evenings may include nourishing shared meals, intimate community circles, or fireside reflection.
Each retreat is fully catered with wholesome, seasonal meals and carefully structured to support nervous system regulation, whether you’re seeking intentional burnout recovery or deepening your wellness journey. Special guests and therapeutic enrichments—such as sound healing, creative expression, or breathwork—help expand your capacity for healing, while local excursions connect you with the land and community that make each location unique.
The pace is intentionally unhurried, the environment deeply supportive, and the focus simple: to provide lasting stress relief and help you reconnect with yourself through the transformative power of nature.
How long do the Resets last?
Retreats range from weekend gatherings to five-day immersions, each thoughtfully designed to fit different schedules and professional needs. Shorter nature therapy retreats offer a gentle reset and immediate stress relief, while longer immersions allow for deeper reflection, authentic rest, and sustainable transformation.
For those who wish to extend their stay, there’s also the option to add independent days before or after the program, giving you extra time to arrive slowly, explore the natural surroundings, or fully integrate your experience into your burnout recovery journey before returning home.
Who can attend Resets?
Our Human Nature Ecotherapy retreats are open to any woman who feels called to slow down, reconnect, and heal through the natural world. You don’t need any prior experience with meditation, outdoor mindfulness, or nature-based therapies—just a willingness to be fully present and open to the process.
These transformative gatherings are especially supportive for individuals seeking a deeper, longer immersion in the practices of ecotherapy—women who want to move beyond a single session and truly integrate seasonal rhythms into their daily lives. Whether you are navigating chronic stress, corporate burnout, major life transitions, or simply craving an intentional space to breathe and begin again, you will find a welcoming, inclusive environment where you can focus on burnout recovery and restore at your own pace.
Each immersive experience is designed to be accessible and adaptable for a wide range of physical abilities and comfort levels to best support your nervous system regulation. No matter your background, professional demands, or current season of life, you will be met with compassion, community, and the understanding that restorative stress relief in nature is for everyone.
What is Ecotherapy?
Ecotherapy, often referred to as nature therapy or forest therapy, is the intentional practice of reconnecting with the natural world to support your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It is rooted in the understanding that humans are not separate from nature; we are a part of it. When we step outside for guided forest bathing (inspired by the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku), we invite the nervous system to drop out of fight-or-flight mode and return to a state of calm, clarity, and ease.
Unlike traditional talk therapy confined to four walls, somatic ecotherapy uses the natural world as a living partner in the healing process. Sessions incorporate mindfulness in nature, sensory awareness, and somatic grounding practices that quiet a racing mind and gently bring you back into your body. The focus isn't on fixing or analyzing, but on slowing down to mirror nature’s natural cycles of rest, growth, and renewal.
This nature-based healing takes many forms, from immersive local nature walks and one-on-one forest therapy sessions to community circles and self-guided practices. Ultimately, it offers a pressure-free space to breathe, rediscover your rhythm, and remember that you already belong here.
What activities are included?
Each nature therapy retreat is designed as a fully supported, all-inclusive experience so you can relax and focus entirely on your healing and connection with nature. Your registration includes comfortable accommodations, all nourishing, chef-prepared meals, and comprehensive retreat programming and therapeutic guest sessions.
In select locations, transportation from the nearest airport and local excursions are also included to help you settle in and experience the regional culture. You can also expect a few thoughtful surprises along the way—small touches meant to promote somatic grounding and make you feel deeply cared for in the moment.
Every detail is intentionally chosen to support nervous system regulation and create a restorative, effortless experience, allowing you to focus on burnout recovery and simply be present.
What happens after the session?
The integration experience doesn’t end when the retreat does. You’ll leave with sustainable nature therapy tools, mindfulness practices, and deep personal insights you can carry seamlessly into your everyday life, including gentle ways to maintain nervous system regulation and stay mindfully connected to yourself no matter where you are. Many guests find that the restorative habits and memories formed during their time in nature naturally weave into their routines at home, supporting long-term burnout recovery.
To assist your journey, you’ll also receive personal notes and therapeutic reflections to help you continue integrating what you’ve learned. For those seeking ongoing professional support, we can stay connected through virtual one-on-one sessions or immersive, in-person ecotherapy experiences in Colorado, helping you deepen your practice, achieve lasting stress relief, and keep that sense of calm and clarity alive long after you return.
