ECOTHERAPY IMMERSIONS

Global Resets to Restore Your Soul

Intimate, women-only ecotherapy immersions designed to help you step away from the noise, realign with the earth's rhythm, and reclaim your natural vitality.

Why we call them Resets—not retreats.

A "retreat" suggests walking away from your life, only to step right back into the same heavy routines when it's over. We call these Resets because they are about recalibrating, not escaping. Here, you’ll find the spaciousness and real-world tools to shift your perspective, so you can return home ready to meet your everyday life with a grounded, steady, and entirely new outlook.

The kind of healing only nature can offer

Human Nature Ecotherapy retreats, or Resets, are women-only gatherings designed to help you step away from daily demands and reconnect deeply with yourself and the natural world. Each Reset offers an immersive ecotherapy experience, combining guided nature-based sessions with supportive group activities, nourishing meals, and time for rest and reflection.

Resets range from weekend getaways to five-day immersions in stunning natural settings, from mountains and forests to coastal landscapes. Every location is chosen for its sense of peace, beauty, and accessibility, with options at a variety of price points to make the experience open to all.

Whether you’re seeking grounding, clarity, or renewal, these retreats (Resets!) offer the space and support to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home to yourself.

Where women gather to heal through the wisdom of nature

Step away from the noise and remember what it feels like to be fully present.

These Resets are for women who feel the constant pull of responsibilities, screens, and schedules, those who give so much to others but rarely have time to truly care for themselves. If you’ve been craving a deeper pause, this is your invitation.

Through immersive ecotherapy, you’ll begin to retrain your body and mind to slow down, regulate, and find balance again. You’ll explore simple, repeatable tools and nature-based practices that help you meet stress, change, and everyday life with steadiness and clarity.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, transition, or simply longing for space to reconnect, these retreats offer the time, guidance, and natural environment to support genuine growth and healing, the kind that lasts long after you return home.

FAQs

What makes a "Reset" different from a traditional retreat?

Traditional retreats often feel like a temporary escape—a quick break before returning to the same overwhelming schedule. We call our gatherings Resets because they are designed for recalibration, not escape. You’ll gain practical, repeatable somatic tools and nature-based practices that build lasting nervous system regulation, helping you return home ready to navigate daily life with steady, quiet confidence.

What are the accommodations, dining, and group environment like?

Each Reset is hosted in a peaceful, hand-selected natural setting—ranging from mountain lodges to coastal sanctuaries. Your registration is all-inclusive, covering comfortable accommodations, nourishing seasonal meals, and all therapeutic programming. Groups are intentionally kept small and intimate so you can experience a supportive, pressure-free community while still having ample space for solo rest.

Do I need any prior experience with ecotherapy, mindfulness, or outdoor skills?

None at all. Our Resets are open to all women regardless of experience. Every activity—from guided sensory invitations to outdoor reflection—is unhurried, gentle, and accessible. There are no expectations, performance goals, or strict schedules; you are invited to participate at whatever level feels supportive to your body and energy.

How do I integrate what I learn into my everyday life after returning home?

The Reset doesn't end when you leave. You will receive personal reflection notes, somatic integration guides, and simple outdoor tools you can easily weave into your routine—even if you only have 10 minutes in a local park or backyard. For ongoing support, you can also connect through virtual 1:1 sessions or seasonal community offerings.

How physically demanding are the outdoor activities?

Resets are designed for physical ease and nervous system restoration, not athletic endurance. We move at a slow, gentle pace over flat, accessible trails or quiet natural grounds. There is plenty of time dedicated to sitting, pausing, and resting. Trail locations are chosen thoughtfully, and we are happy to accommodate specific mobility preferences or physical comfort needs.

What if I am attending alone or feeling hesitant about group dynamics?

Most women attend our Resets solo! Coming alone gives you full permission to focus on your own healing without managing external roles or relationships. Our circle structure creates a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share as much or as little as you like, dropping into authentic connection at your own comfort level.
