Hi, I’m Bre.
After years of working in fast-paced creative and tech industries, I began to see how easily we lose ourselves to deadlines, screens, and expectations. Stress and anxiety had become constant companions, not just for me but for nearly everyone I knew.
When I started spending more intentional time outdoors, something shifted. Nature didn’t demand anything from me. It invited me to slow down, listen, and reconnect. What I found wasn’t just calm, but clarity, confidence, and the ability to meet life from a more grounded place.
That experience became Human Nature Ecotherapy, a space to help others find what I did: peace not as escape, but as practice. Because stress, family issues, and work challenges will always be part of our lives. The goal isn’t to avoid them, it’s to build the inner tools to move through them with presence and balance.
Today, more people turn to distraction or disconnection to “get through it.” I want to offer something different, a return to connection. To your body. To your breath. To the rhythms of the natural world that remind us we’re supported, resilient, and capable of healing.
When I’m not leading guided immersions in Colorado or planning retreats, you’ll find me outside with my family, barefoot in the grass, or walking a local trail, practicing the same simple truth I share through this work: healing doesn’t have to be hard or scary. It can start with a single deep breath of fresh air.
